Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Graduate of BS Civil Engineering or BS Architect (or equivalent) for residential project handling. Fresh graduates are welcome, with 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred. Proficiency in MS Windows, strong communication, and good interpersonal skills are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering or BS Architect (or equivalent).
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience, or open to fresh graduates.
• Handling residential projects is an advantage.
• Computer literate (MS Windows) with above-average intellectual ability.
• Clear and concise oral and written communication; good interpersonal relations.
• Keen to detail; able to analyze and review engineering data for compliance.
