The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree and 3-5 years of engineering and project management experience in residential construction, with strong coordination and technical support capabilities.

• Provide technical support to the project through coordination with co-engineers, architects, and other technical personnel involved.

• Inspect and assure quality of work done.

• Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.

• Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements.

• Determines project specifications by studying architectural design, client requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies.

• Preparation of cost estimates.

• Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.

• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.

• Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.

• Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.

• Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Other duties assigned.

• Minimum 3-5 years of engineering experience is required.

• Candidates with 3-5 years of engineering experience within the preferred range will be given priority consideration.
