Tavor Perry is seeking a meticulous Residential Appraisal Report Assistant to support report preparation. You will enter subject, site, and comparable sale data into appraisal software, organize supporting data, and sketch floor plans from field measurements.

Accuracy and confidentiality are essential. You will follow templates precisely, maintain organized files, and help ensure each report is complete and reliable for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience with TOTAL by a la mode and DataMaster.
• Ability to draw floor plan sketches from field measurements.
• High accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of confidentiality requirements when handling sensitive data.
• Organized, precise, and independent in your work.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter subject, site, improvement, room, photo, contract, listing, and comparable sale data into TOTAL by a la mode and DataMaster
• Bring in and organize MLS and public record data
• Detect missing or inconsistent information and flag it for review
• Draw floor plan sketches in the appraisal software from the field measurements supplied
• Follow established templates and procedures precisely on every report
• Keep all data and documents strictly accurate and confidential
• Maintain organized, consistent report files from one assignment to the next
