Job summary

SM City Clark, operated by SM Supermalls, seeks a capable supervisor to oversee the mall's equipment operations, ensuring reliable utilities for seamless mall operation.

You will plan and supervise electro-mechanical maintenance and engineering projects, while supporting tenant utility needs and enforcing mall-wide regulations. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a professional license is required, with preference for supervisory experience in large facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (required).
• Professional License in the related field is required.
• Experience in electro-mechanical maintenance and/or construction works in a supervisory capacity is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in the supervision of the mall’s equipment operations in order to provide the necessary utilities for the operation of the mall. Involves planning and implementation of repairs, maintenance, and replacements of MEPFS equipment and the related systems for the safe and efficient operations of the mall.
• Provides direct planning and supervision for engineering activities, which include electro-mechanical equipment operation and maintenance, and engineering project management;
• Supports tenant’s utility requirements and the promotion and implementation of mall wide regulations and policies.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering - Professional License holder in the related field is required.
• Work experience in electro-mechanical maintenance and/or construction works in a supervisory capacity is preferred.
• With working experience in line with managing business facilities (high rise building operational equipment)
