Job summary

SM Supermalls in Pasay, Metro Manila, is seeking a skilled supervisor to oversee the mall's mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire and safety (MEPFS) equipment operations. You will plan repairs, maintenance, and replacements to ensure reliable utilities for daily operations.

You will provide direct supervision for electro-mechanical activities, manage engineering projects, and support tenants' utility needs while enforcing mall regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer license in related field is required.
• Experience in electro-mechanical maintenance or construction in a supervisory capacity is preferred.

• Provide direct planning and supervision for engineering activities, including electro-mechanical equipment operation and maintenance, and project management.

Job description

Responsible in the supervision of the mall’s equipment operations in order to provide the necessary utilities for the operation of the mall. Involves planning and implementation of repairs, maintenance, and replacements of MEPFS equipment and the related systems for the safe and efficient operations of the mall.

• Provides direct planning and supervision for engineering activities, which include electro-mechanical equipment operation and maintenance, and engineering project management.
• Supports tenant’s utility requirements and the promotion and implementation of mall wide regulations and policies.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering - Professional License holder in the related field is required.
• Work experience in electro-mechanical maintenance and/or construction works in a supervisory capacity is preferred.
• With working experience in line with managing business facilities (high rise building operational equipment)
