Greenmark Construction Pte Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a disciplined Civil Engineer to provide full-time site supervision for civil and infrastructure works. You will ensure compliance with PUB requirements, approved drawings and contract standards while coordinating with contractors and project stakeholders.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Civil Engineer.
• At least 2 years of experience in supervision of works similar to the Contract.
• RTO qualification accredited by the COB and accepted by IES/ACES.
• Relevant experience in PUB / water infrastructure / drainage / sewerage / civil infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of civil construction methods, drawings, specifications, quality control and site inspection procedures.
• Able to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Strong site supervision, documentation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide full-time site supervision for civil and infrastructure works.
• Ensure construction works comply with PUB requirements, approved drawings, specifications and contract standards.
• Inspect and monitor quality, workmanship, materials and construction activities.
• Supervise excavation, drainage, sewerage, water infrastructure and other civil works.
• Review method statements, ITPs, RFIs, shop drawings and technical submissions.
• Identify and follow up on defects, non-conformance and rectification works.
• Monitor work progress, site coordination and construction programme.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and project stakeholders to resolve site issues.
• Maintain daily site records, inspection reports and project documentation.
• Ensure site activities comply with WSH requirements and approved safe work procedures.
• Assist the Resident Engineer/Consultant with inspections, testing, handover and completion works.
