Job summary

CBS China Bank Savings is seeking a Reserve Officer to cover Branch Service Head or Branch Operations Head duties when staffing gaps occur, and to perform as a Service Associate or Teller as needed. The role requires leadership, strong knowledge of branch operations, and willingness to be assigned in the district, including Butuan City.

Qualifications

• Must be a college graduate of any 4 year course, preferably business course.
• Must have at least 5 years experience in branch banking operations with exposure on new accounts, tellering and clearing operations.
• With extensive knowledge in bank policies and procedures for branch operations.
• Willing to be assigned at Butuan City.
• Amendable to be assigned in different areas within the district.

Job description

The Reserve Officer is tasked to assume the functions of a Branch Service Head or Branch Operations Head whenever there are manning gaps due to extended leaves, mandatory leaves or vacancies in a branch or cash center.

He/she is also expected to perform as a Service Associate or Teller whenever the need arises.
