Primary responsibilities include cash management, deposits, controls, marketing, people development, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any 4-year course.
• At least 5 years experience in branch banking operations.
• Willing to be assigned at Butuan City and open to assignments in other areas within the district.

Job description

The Reserve Officer is tasked to assume the functions of a Branch Service Head or Branch Operations Head whenever there are manning gaps due to extended leaves, mandatory leaves or vacancies in a branch or cash center.

He/she is also expected to perform as a Service Associate or Teller whenever the need arises.
