Qualifications

• Must have a 4-year college degree, preferably business.
• Minimum 5 years experience in branch banking operations with exposure to new accounts, tellering and clearing.
• Extensive knowledge of bank policies and procedures for branch operations.
• Customer service oriented and able to supervise people.
• Willing to be assigned at Butuan City; amendable to be assigned in different areas within the district.

Job description

The Reserve Officer is tasked to assume the functions of a Branch Service Head or Branch Operations Head whenever there are manning gaps due to extended leaves, mandatory leaves or vacancies in a branch or cash center.

He/she is also expected to perform as a Service Associate or Teller whenever the need arises.
