Job summary

CBS China Bank Savings is seeking a Reserve Officer to cover branch operations as needed. The role entails stepping in as Branch Service Head or Branch Operations Head during gaps and performing as Service Associate or Teller when required.

The position requires a college graduate, at least 5 years in branch banking operations, strong knowledge of bank policies, customer service orientation, and willingness to be assigned in Butuan City or other district areas.

Qualifications

The Reserve Officer is tasked to assume the functions of a Branch Service Head or Branch Operations Head whenever there are manning gaps due to extended leaves, mandatory leaves or vacancies in a branch or cash center.

He/she is also expected to perform as a Service Associate or Teller whenever the need arises.
