Job summary

Planters Products, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a result-driven professional to support regulatory activities and product development in agrochemicals. You will assist in registering products, coordinating with agencies, and preparing renewal applications.

You will help plan and evaluate field trials, liaise with suppliers, coordinate with testing laboratories, and review product labels and packaging while supporting the sales force.

Qualifications

• Graduate of B.S. Agriculture major in Crop Protection preferably Entomology/Plant Pathology/ Weed Science.
• Preferably with work experience in product development and registration rendered in agrochemical company.
• With excellent tehcnical writing and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring product registration and liaising with regulatory agencies. Prepare product registration applications and renewals.
• Assist in conducting and evaluating field trials including bio-efficacy test, pre-commercial trials and field experiments of new and existing products for evaluating product usage, registration, and label expansion.
• Searches for new products in relation to company’s diversification by coordinating with possible suppliers.
• Coordinate with testing laboratories with regards to evaluation of new products.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing product labels and packaging.
• Searches for new technical materials from local and international suppliers of new and existing products.
• Conducts research and technical assistance to Sales force. Monitors the product stewardship program in its implementation to the end-user.
