Responsibilities
Manage the registration of pipeline products and the renewal of registrations for all Biostadt products with the Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority (FPA) and the Bureau of Agriculture and Fisheries Standards (BAFS)
Handle the application and processing of label expansion for existing products
Monitor, prepare, and coordinate documentation for trademark applications and renewals in collaboration with trademark agents
Ensure all regulatory-related data are properly documented, organized, and promptly filed for future reference
Support, prepare, and deliver stewardship training programs for Biostadt staff and clients
Represent Biostadt Philippines in CPAP meetings and other relevant business gatherings
Participate in internal discussions to address product gaps and attend meetings with suppliers to gain better understanding of pipeline products
Maintain active communication with suppliers regarding regulatory-related concerns
Provide necessary regulatory information to support the implementation of field trials for current and pipeline products, assessing efficacy, strength, and potential usage to aid sales performance
Support the TPD team in preparing engaging and interactive presentations for scheduled crop meetings
Prepare reportorial documents in compliance with the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Law
Support the drafting and review of product labels to ensure full compliance with FPA regulations
