Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a detail‑oriented Research Ethics Administrator to support the management and administration of ethics review processes within a healthcare and research environment.

You will work closely with researchers, investigators, sponsors, review board members and regulatory authorities to ensure ethics submissions and reviews are handled accurately, efficiently and in line with applicable policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences or related field.
• Experience in healthcare or research administration is a plus.
• Understanding of research ethics policies and local regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation and review of research ethics policies, guidelines and SOPs.
• Coordinate DSRB/Healthcare REC meetings, including agendas and minutes.
• Screen and process ethics applications, submissions and correspondence.
• Coordinate review and approval of research protocols, ensuring compliance.
• Communicate with investigators, sponsors and regulators on ethics matters.
• Provide guidance on implementing DSRB policies and forms.
• Maintain accurate research ethics databases and records.
• Support quality improvement to enhance efficiency of the review process.
• Provide admin and secretariat support for ethics-related conferences and events.
