Job summary

You will collaborate with researchers, sponsors, review board members and regulatory bodies to ensure submissions and reviews meet policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or health-related field.
• Experience in healthcare, clinical/research administration is a plus.
• Knowledge of research ethics policies and local regulations helps.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation and review of ethics policies, guidelines and SOPs.
• Coordinate DSRB/Healthcare REC meetings including minutes.
• Screen and process ethics applications and correspondence.
• Oversee review and approval of protocols for compliance.
• Communicate with investigators, sponsors and regulators on ethics matters.
• Provide guidance on DSRB policies, procedures and forms.
• Maintain ethics databases, records and reports accurately.
• Support quality improvements to enhance review efficiency.
• Assist in admin and secretariat tasks for ethics programmes and events.
