Responsibilities

• Product development: Create new product formulations and improve existing ones to optimize taste, quality, and cost.
• Testing and analysis: Conduct sensory evaluations, shelf‑life studies, and physical or chemical analyses to ensure product quality and stability.
• Collaboration: Work with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, quality assurance, and manufacturing, to align on projects and specifications.
• Documentation: Prepare technical reports, product specifications, and process guidelines.
• Ingredient sourcing: Research and source new ingredients, build vendor relationships, and ensure new ingredients meet project requirements and food safety standards.
• Regulatory compliance: Support regulatory requirements, including allergen control and product labeling, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Market research: Monitor market trends and competitor products to identify new opportunities.
