Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lilo-An for a Research, Design and Development Officer. The role involves planning and conducting research to develop and improve beauty and personal care formulations, ensuring they meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The officer will design experimental protocols, perform laboratory tests, analyze data, and document results for new and existing products. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with production, quality assurance, and marketing teams to align product development with market needs and manufacturing capabilities. The role also requires preparing technical reports and presentations, maintaining laboratory records, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the R&D department.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess Research and Development (R&D) and Research skills relevant to cosmetic, personal care, or related industries.

• Candidates should ideally have a degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
