Job summary

GreenPlus Corporation in Calamba, Laguna, Philippines, is seeking an R&D Officer for Cosmetics to develop innovative formulations for personal and home care products. You will ensure compliance with Philippine FDA regulations and maintain technical documentation for registrations.

The role requires a degree in Chemistry or Cosmetic Science and at least 1 year of cosmetics formulation experience, with strong knowledge of ingredients, techniques, and stability testing. On-site position.

Qualifications

• Cosmetic formulation knowledge and hands-on experience.
• At least 1 year of cosmetic formulation development experience.
• Strong understanding of cosmetic chemistry, ingredients, and stability testing.
• Experience with products like perfume, shampoo bar, room spray, oil diffusers.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and innovative cosmetics formulations including personal and home care products.
• Ensure that all formulations comply with Philippine FDA regulations and other relevant standards.
• Innovate and optimize existing formulations to improve performance, stability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot formulation issues and develop solutions.
