Responsabilidades

• Conduct research on corporate governance and remuneration policies of publicly listed companies using company proprietary tools and public websites.
• Procure, interpret, review, and analyze public filings to extract relevant information.
• Communicate and collaborate with analysts in Manila and across the globe for timely delivery of reports.
• Research - Collect data and draft reports for publicly listed companies within the assigned market
• Policy Operations - Perform basic data verification and analysis to help Policy Analysts with auditing client policies
• Client Operations – Support account management and forecasting by creating coverage lists, coordinating with clients and global custodians, and ensuring timely delivery based on historical data and service level goals.
• Data and Research Operations - Extract relevant information from public filings, annual reports, and other disclosures.

We are currently seeking to hire Research Associates to join our team in Makati on a project-based term (generally 3-6 months) contract. The Research Associate position is ideal for an individual seeking an entry-level position in corporate governance. This will be a particularly valuable experience for those wishing to pursue careers or graduate study in business, law, public policy, proxy voting and stewardship, or financial services, among others.

Candidates will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid work set up consisting of up to three days onsite. Incoming associates will receive comprehensive training which may require onsite attendance for the duration of the training period (generally up to one month).

Your Day-to-Day
