Glass Lewis is seeking Research Associates to join our Makati team on a project-based term (3–6 months). This entry-level role is ideal for individuals pursuing careers in corporate governance, business, law, public policy, or proxy voting and stewardship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong analytical and qualitative research skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Proficient with computers and internet access.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on corporate governance and remuneration policies of publicly listed companies using proprietary tools and public websites.
• Procure, interpret, review, and analyze public filings to extract relevant information.
• Communicate and collaborate with analysts in Manila and across the globe for timely delivery of reports.
• Research - collect data and draft reports for publicly listed companies within the assigned market.
• Policy Operations - perform basic data verification and analysis to help Policy Analysts with auditing client policies.
• Client Operations – support account management and forecasting by creating coverage lists, coordinating with clients and global custodians, and ensuring timely delivery based on historical data and service level goals.
• Data and Research Operations - extract relevant information from public filings, annual reports, and other disclosures.
