Aysn Group Of Companies in San Juan City, Philippines, is seeking a motivated R&D Laboratory Support professional to assist in testing, evaluation, and validation of new and existing products. You will conduct tests, analyze results, and prepare technical documentation to ensure compliance with quality and technical standards.

You will collaborate with engineers, QA, and production teams, support prototype development, troubleshoot issues, and help implement process improvements while following

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar R&D role or related field.
• Basic knowledge of product testing and laboratory procedures.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of maintaining accurate records.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Preferably resides near San Juan City.

Responsabilités

Description du poste

Support the research and development team in product testing, evaluation, and validation of new and existing products. Conduct laboratory and performance tests, analyze test results, and prepare technical documentation to ensure products meet quality and technical standards. Assist in prototype development, troubleshooting, and process improvement while following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations. Collaborate with engineers, quality assurance, and production teams to support product development projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineer or any related field

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar R&D role or related field

• Basic knowledge of product testing and laboratory procedures.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
