Job summary

Aysn Group Of Companies in San Juan City, Philippines, is seeking a motivated R&D Laboratory Support professional to assist in testing, evaluation, and validation of new and existing products. You will conduct tests, analyze results, and prepare technical documentation to ensure compliance with quality and technical standards.

You will collaborate with engineers, QA, and production teams, support prototype development, troubleshoot issues, and help implement process improvements while following

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar R&D role or related field.
• Basic knowledge of product testing and laboratory procedures.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of maintaining accurate records.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Preferably resides near San Juan City.

Responsibilities

• Support research, development, and testing of new and existing products to ensure quality and performance standards.
• Conduct product testing, validation, and performance evaluations using established procedures and equipment.
• Collect, record, and analyze test data to identify performance trends and improvements.
• Prepare technical reports, test documentation, and maintain laboratory records.
• Assist in prototype development by inspecting, troubleshooting, and verifying specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers, QA, and production to resolve technical concerns and improve reliability.
• Assist in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for defects.
• Follow SOPs, lab safety protocols, and quality management standards during testing.
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment for accurate results.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and product quality.
