Job summary

Information Professionals, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee project execution, requirements analysis and documentation. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of IT initiatives.

Responsibilities include leading UAT and ORT, preparing user manuals and training materials, performing data analysis with Excel, and maintaining clear project reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Knowledgeable in IT project management, requirements analysis and documentation.
• Knowledgeable in UAT and ORT.
• Knowledgeable in preparing User's Manual and training materials.
• Data analysis skills and advanced MS Excel.
• Analytical mind with problem solving abilities.
• Quality Assurance and Testing.

• Prioritize and manage the workflow.

• Maintain procedural documents and reports.
• Ensure proper documentation of all issues.
• Prepare prompt, accurate reports.
