Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a professional in the Philippines to build and maintain strong customer relationships and understand scorecard drivers. The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, preferably in semiconductors, with strong Excel and SAP knowledge.

The candidate should communicate effectively, work well in teams, and handle multiple tasks while supporting manufacturing collaboration across Thailand and the Philippines. A 4-year degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of work experience in related field, preferably in semiconductor industry.
• Preferably a graduate of Industrial Engineering or any 4-year bachelor’s degree course.
• Strong communication and computer skills; Excel macros/LOOKUP knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests for pricing and product lead-times in a designated region.
• Ensure customer orders are accurate before being loaded into the systems.
• Manage progression of all customer quotes above a stated revenue amount.
• Manage the backlog of the customers.
• Interface with manufacturing facilities in Thailand and Philippines to discuss delivery challenges.
• Prepare all necessary customer documentation meeting high quality standards.
• Identify and generate useful business intelligence and report to senior staff.
• Recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with environmental management, health and safety policies.

Educational Background:

Preferably a graduate of Industrial Engineering or any 4 years bachelor’s degree course.

Experience:

Must have at least 1 year of work experience in related field, preferably in semiconductor industry.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

5. Regularly interface with our manufacturing facilities inThailand and Philippines to discuss delivery challenges.
6. Prepare all necessary customer documentation in line with the highest quality standards.
7. Identify and generate useful business intelligence and report to senior staff.
8. Recommend process improvements.
9. Ensure that the company’s commitment on environmental management, health and safety is observed and performed.
10. Be aware of the company’s quality and environmental policies.
