Job summary

You will collaborate with manufacturing teams in Thailand and the Philippines to address delivery challenges and ensure accurate documentation and quotes. Preferred candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, with 1 year of relevant work experience in semiconductors.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests for pricing and lead times in a designated region.
• Ensure customer orders are accurate before loading into systems.
• Manage progression of all customer quotes above a stated revenue amount.
• Manage the backlog of customers and monitor progression.
• Interface with manufacturing facilities in Thailand and Philippines to discuss delivery challenges.
• Prepare all necessary customer documentation per quality standards.
• Identify and report useful business intelligence to senior staff.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance operations.
• Ensure adherence to environmental, health and safety policies.
• Be aware of the company's quality and environmental policies.

Primary Function: Demonstrates ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customer and colleagues. Understands the issues that drive customer scorecards or relationship.

Educational Background: Preferably a graduate of Industrial Engineering or any 4 years bachelor’s degree course. Experience: Must have at least 1 year of work experience in related field, preferably in semiconductor industry.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

1. Respond to customer requests for pricing and product lead-times in a designated region
2. Ensure customer orders are accurate before being loaded into the systems
3. Manage progression of all customer quotes above a stated revenue amount
4. Manage the backlog of the customers
5. Regularly interface with our manufacturing facilities in Thailand and Philippines to discuss delivery challenges
6. Prepare all necessary customer documentation in line with the highest quality standards
7. Identify and generate useful business intelligence and report to senior staff
8. Recommend process improvements
9. Ensure that the company’s commitment on environmental management, health and safety is observed and performed
10. Be aware of the company’s quality and environmental policies
