Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking a Reporting Analyst to prepare and distribute key reports, data extracts, and invoice documents for the finance team. You will ensure documents are ready before the workday, identify inefficiencies in manual processes, and build automation to speed delivery.

You will collaborate with the Ops team to align reporting workflows, standardise recurring reports, and document processes for scalability. This role emphasizes continuous improvement and tech-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in reporting, automation, or analytics in operations or shared services.
• Proficient with tools like Alteryx, PowerBI, Power Query, or similar; SQL or Python experience a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to identify process gaps and develop tech-driven solutions.
• Able to manage tasks independently, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced team setting.
• Clear communicator, capable of explaining technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
• A mindset focused on continuous improvement and driving efficiency with automation.
