Job summary

Acquire Intelligence in Pasig City is seeking a Reporting Specialist to prepare and distribute key finance reports, data extracts, and invoice documents.

You will build automated dashboards, standardize reports, and reduce manual tasks through Alteryx, Power BI, and SQL/Python workflows, collaborating with Ops and finance.

The role requires 2-4 years of experience in reporting or analytics, strong communication, and a mindset for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in reporting, automation, or analytics in operations or shared services.
• Proficiency with data tools such as Alteryx, PowerBI, Power Query; SQL or Python a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to identify process gaps and develop tech-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to resource for preparing and distributing key reports, data extracts, and invoice documents for the finance team.
• Ensure relevant documents are downloaded and processed before the workday starts to support smooth daily operations.
• Identify and address inefficiencies in manual reporting and data handling processes.
• Build automation to reduce manual tasks and speed up delivery.
• Work closely with the Ops team to align reporting workflows and ensure seamless data integration.
• Standardise recurring reports and create automated dashboards or templates to improve consistency.
• Document processes and automations clearly to ensure scalability and easy knowledge transfer.
• Assist with ad hoc reporting needs and support finance improvement projects.
