Job summary

Shopee Philippines in Manila is seeking a BI Analyst to develop ad hoc analyses and reports while translating business questions into actionable insights. You will partner with multiple departments to define reporting needs and improve data-driven decision making.

You will support BI infrastructure, standardize data metrics, and explore automation across tools and processes, ensuring SLAs with third‑party providers are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, CS, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and SQL skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge in Python is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and proven project management skills.
• Open to flexible arrangements during campaigns/peaks.

Requirements
