Job summary

Acquire Intelligence in Metro Manila, Philippines is seeking a Reporting Analyst to partner with stakeholders, own Salesforce reporting content, and translate complex data into clear insights. About the role

As our Reporting Analyst, you will partner with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and deliver tailored reports, dashboards, and analysis that drive smarter decisions. Working closely with the Revenue Performance Analyst, you will own the suite of Salesforce reporting content, maintain critical data sets, and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for our leaders. Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and deliver Salesforce reports, dashboards, and assets across the Analytics Platform accurately and on time

• Act as the key point of contact for business units seeking reporting and dashboard solutions, advising on best practice approaches

• Prepare, cleanse, and maintain key data sets including monthly sales targets and lead data to a high standard of accuracy

• Provide workload forecasting and productivity tracking to support operational planning

• Support in-depth performance analysis, delivering meaningful insights that help leadership make effective decisions

• Evaluate data quality and integrity to identify issues and recommend system or process improvements

• Use AI tools to analyse data, diagnose issues, and build dashboards and automations that enhance how reporting is delivered

• Manage recurring Google Sheets trackers and other reporting assets, ensuring they remain current and reliable

About you

• 2 to 3 or more years of experience in a Reporting or Data Analyst role with advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and complex formulae

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite, including data cleaning and formula troubleshooting

• Working knowledge of CRM platforms, with Salesforce experience highly regarded

• Basic to intermediate SQL skills with the ability to read and understand query logic

• Experience building dashboards and data visualisations in Tableau or a comparable BI tool

• Demonstrated ability to gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage confidently across all levels

• High attention to detail and a strong eye for producing tidy, readable, and well-structured reports

• Experience using AI tools in analytical work, with the ability to critically evaluate and validate their outputs

• Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and perform consistently in a fast-paced environment
