Job summary

GECO Asia in Manila is seeking an experienced Reporting Analyst to develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into insightful data visualizations and data models.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on Power BI experience, strong SQL skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. This was a hybrid role based in Manila with two onsite days per month.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
• Create data visualizations and interactive dashboards using Power BI.
• Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards.
• Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency.

We are currently looking for an experienced Reporting Analyst – Power BI to join our team in Manila.

Job Summary

As a Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI. You will work closely with business and technical teams to understand reporting requirements, analyze data, and deliver accurate and meaningful insights to support business decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports.

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.

• Create data visualizations and interactive dashboards using Power BI.

• Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards.

• Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Professional & Technical Skills

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Power BI.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and dashboard development.

• Experience with Power BI data modeling and visualization.

• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

• Experience with DAX and Power Query.

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

• Understanding of data quality, validation, and reporting processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Power BI and reporting.

• Proven experience developing business reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
