Travel + Leisure Co. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Reporting Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.

You will build and optimize dashboards and data models, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure data integrity and performance across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in data modeling, SQL, and Python.
• Experience creating dashboards and BI solutions for stakeholders.
• Ability to translate technical findings into business insights.

• Reviewed, validated, and prepared data from enterprise systems to ensure data integrity and reliability.
• Developed and deployed business intelligence solutions, dashboards, and reports that delivered actionable insights to business stakeholders and senior leadership.

• Conducted ad hoc analyses to answer critical business questions and support strategic initiatives.
• Worked closely with database administrators and technical teams to maintain and enhance enterprise data warehouse and operational data store environments.
• Designed, tested, documented, and maintained BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, data models, stored procedures, and automated processes.
• Presented analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences through compelling data storytelling and visualizations.

Expertise in data validation, SQL development, data warehousing, business intelligence, and data visualization, with a strong focus on accuracy, performance, and user experience. Adept at translating technical findings into compelling data stories for executive leadership and non-technical audiences. Experienced in developing, maintaining, and optimizing analytics platforms, reports, dashboards, and data models to drive operational efficiencies and business growth.
