Job summary

VXI Global Solutions is seeking a Reporting Analyst to manage data using database tools, generate insights, and deliver accurate outputs for decision making. You will interface with internal and external clients to gather requirements and develop reliable reports.

Responsibilities include producing statistical reports, designing metrics, benchmarking processes, and documenting technical content. You will work with operations managers and directors to improve reporting structure and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience as Reporting Analyst
• Familiarity with Quality Department processes and methodologies is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Generate, collate, and provide meaningful analysis and statistical reports used in decision-making and issues them out in a timely manner to appropriate channel and recipient.
• Design standard reports and metrics reporting to the line of business involving relevant performance metrics and ensure compliance with the meaningful use and application of these reports.
• Investigate and analyze data and decide upon alternatives to complete the assignment.
• Interface and collaborate with operational counterparts and partners (report analyst, operations managers, directors, etc.) in benchmarking, processes and data mapping, subject-matter sharing, and provide support.
• Write, edit, index or revise a variety of technical, user documentation such as articles, reports, tables and other documentations related to the specified Line of Business.
• Work with the client to improve reporting structure, integrity and processes.
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into detail, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
• Work independently with users to define concepts
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
