Job summary

TE Connectivity Corporate Office Philippines is seeking a procurement and supply chain professional to manage intercompany material flows, from requisition to PO release, ensuring timely stock replenishment across TE plants and distribution centers.

You will monitor KPIs, resolve order issues, and drive improvements through cross-functional collaboration with customer care. A degree in business or engineering and SAP experience are required, with 3–5 years in MRP, procurement, or SCM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years SAP (or other ERP) experience and understanding of MRP.
• 3–5 years planning and experience in Supply Chain Management; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct intercompany material flows for assigned TE plants and Distribution Centers.
• Manage and execute procurement activities from requisition to PO release.
• Ensure on-time, issue-free customer order delivery via manual delivery orders and reviews with customer care.
• Analyze and resolve critical issues such as exception messages, blocked orders, and returns.
• Monitor and report on KPIs including Past Due to Request, STR, STS, and inventory levels.
• Identify and implement cross-functional improvements to improve service, inventory, or delivery performance.
• Maintain accurate key master data attributes for performance accuracy and governance.

Manage and execute procurement activities, from purchase requisition to purchase order release, ensuring timely stock replenishment from intercompany plants.

Ensure on-time, issue-free customer order delivery by executing manual delivery orders and conducting regular reviews with customer care.

Analyze and resolve critical issues such as exception messages, blocked customer orders, and customer returns.

Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including Past Due to Request, STR, STS, and inventory levels.

Proactively identify and implement improvements through cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer service, inventory efficiency, or delivery performance.

Maintain accurate key master data attributes for performance accuracy and robust system governance

Qualifications

• Degree /Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent

• Understanding of MRP, Procurement, Purchasing - 3-5 years
• Planning and experience in Supply Chain Management - 3-5 years
• Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Able and willing to work necessary hours to meet all project deadlines and travel when necessary
• Willing to be on a night shift schedule
