Job summary

Tan Delta Electric Corporation in Metro Manila seeks a skilled electronics repair technician to diagnose and repair electronic boards, modules, and calibration equipment. You will analyze faults using schematics and manuals, perform PCB troubleshooting, and ensure repaired units meet calibration standards.

The role requires a technical electronics diploma and at least 2 years of hands-on experience, with TESDA certification being a plus.

Qualifications

• At least a technical diploma in Electronics or related field.
• TESDA certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair defective electronic boards, modules, and calibration equipment
• Perform detailed fault analysis using schematic diagrams and technical manuals
• Conduct PCB troubleshooting and repair, including component-level diagnosis and replacement
• Use specialized tools and instruments for accurate repair work
• Support the Calibration Team by ensuring all repaired equipment meets required accuracy and performance standards
• Perform functional testing and verification of repaired units prior to release for calibration or operation
• Document all repair activities, findings, parts replaced, and corrective actions taken
• Maintain proper handling and storage of electronic components and tools to prevent damage or contamination
• Coordinate with Calibration Engineers regarding equipment issues, recurring faults, and improvement opportunities
• Assist in preventive maintenance and periodic inspection of calibration instruments
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Recommend improvements in repair processes to enhance efficiency and reliability
