Job summary

AEON Lab & Testing Corporation is seeking an electronics repair technician to diagnose and fix defective boards and calibration equipment in a fast-paced environment.

You will analyze faults using schematics, perform PCB repairs, and document actions while ensuring products meet accuracy and quality standards. Collaboration with Calibration Engineers and adherence to safety procedures are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Educational requirement: technical diploma in Electronics or related field.
• Certification: TESDA certification is an advantage.
• Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair defective electronic boards, modules, and calibration equipment.
• Perform detailed fault analysis using schematic diagrams and technical manuals.
• Conduct PCB troubleshooting and repair, including component-level diagnosis and replacement.
• Use specialized tools and instruments for accurate repair work.
• Support the Calibration Team by ensuring all repaired equipment meets required accuracy and performance standards.
• Perform functional testing and verification of repaired units prior to release for calibration or operation.
• Document all repair activities, findings, parts replaced, and corrective actions taken.
• Coordinate with Calibration Engineers regarding equipment issues, recurring faults, and improvement opportunities.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and periodic inspection of calibration instruments.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Recommend improvements in repair processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.

• Use specialized tools and instruments for accurate repair work
• Support the Calibration Team by ensuring all repaired equipment meets required accuracy and performance standards
• Perform functional testing and verification of repaired units prior to release for calibration or operation
• Document all repair activities, findings, parts replaced, and corrective actions taken
• Maintain proper handling and storage of electronic components and tools to prevent damage or contamination
• Coordinate with Calibration Engineers regarding equipment issues, recurring faults, and improvement opportunities
