Job summary

Workswell Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Renovations Project Supervisor for on-site work in Makati. The role requires 3 years of interior renovation experience and 3 years in site management, plus ability to read Chinese architectural plans and coordinate with the Beijing HQ.

Candidate must be a graduate of Architecture or Engineering, with strong leadership to oversee contractors, timelines, budgets, and safety compliance, delivering quality results and client satisfaction.

And will require you to coordinate with the HQ in Beijing China.

Renovations Project Supervisor

1. Graduate of any Architectural or Engineering Course

2. 3 years experience in construction industry (interior renovation)

3. 3 years Exposure in site management.

And when you say "Managing the site" You should talk to each of the workers, admin representative, suppliers, etc....

Maintain cooperation and synchrony for all involved in the project.

2. Ability to prioritize the assigned task with impactful execution and generate positive result right away. (Do not wait for boss to tell you what to do. INITIATIVE: Doing the right activities even if the boss is not around)

3. Use of common sense and intelligent decision making. (Conduct your own research to understand the situation. Lay out possible scenarios and choose the best option that will provide the most cost efficient and best result)

4. Crisis management- when problems that needs immediate attention arise. You should be able to "Common Sense problem solving"

5. Advance thinking - Identify bottle necks and negative impacts on a project by creating a plan or action to address each one.

6. Energy to learn- The job involves a lot of new experience and endless learning. You have to learn fast. To quantify: 20% will be taught to you and 80% you have to rely on your skills, research and team's experience. You must have the striking force to push through the tough situation.

7. Dedication- the job on hand is hard. You need to love interior renovation in order to enjoy the job. It entails overtime and work schedule at night. I hope you have what it takes.
