SupportNinja is seeking a Renewal Specialist to manage customer-facing conversations around renewing, upselling, and closing SaaS license contracts. You will own renewal checklists, coordinate with Renewal Managers, and ensure timely communication and compliance for an assigned pool of accounts.

The role requires at least 1 year in renewals or sales support, a 2-year degree, and strong communication skills. Hybrid work setup with monthly onsite at The Sanctum, QC in Manila.

• Above average communication skills; similar to CSR.
• Take-charge attitude and ability to demonstrate flexibility and resiliency.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Eye for detail while navigating multiple corporate systems and customer contracts.

• Own the automated renewal checklist activity for all accounts due each renewal cohort.
• Perform a proper hand-off to Renewal Manager for renewals that require client engagement/negotiation–upsell or cancellation.
• Track Automated Renewal Notices.
• Work hand in hand with Renewal Managers to help drive renewals.
• Ensure renewals are properly set for discount recapture based on MSA.
• Support in-process reviews and compliance.

BASIC JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for customer facing conversations and negotiations relating to renewing, up-selling, and closing SaaS license contracts for a pool of accounts. Renewal Managers are expected to engage as needed in escalated renewal situations and will also support the Team Lead in-process reviews and compliance.

Own the automated renewal checklist activity for all accounts due each renewal cohort. Each checklist component below should be performed by RS as detailed in the standard process.

Responsible for tracking Automated Renewal Notices

Performs a proper hand-off to Renewal Manager for all renewals that requires client engagement/communication – negotiation, upsell/down sell, cancellation, etc.

Ensures that all renewals are properly set for discount recapture based on MSA

Performs other administrative function as defined and delegated by the line manager

Work hand in hand with Renewal Managers/SR Renewal Managers to help drive renewals
