Job summary

Envision Energy (Denmark) is seeking a Land Acquisition Specialist in Metro Manila to drive land identification, engagement, and due diligence for renewable energy projects. You will coordinate with landowners, government agencies, and internal teams to secure land rights and manage contracts.

The role demands strong negotiation and stakeholder management in a dynamic environment. The candidate will work closely with Project Development, Legal, and Finance to ensure timely land acquisition

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Property Management, Legal Management, Political Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in land acquisition, real estate, property management, project development, or renewable energy development.
• Experience in landowner negotiation, property due diligence, land documentation, or right-of-way acquisition.
• Experience coordinating with government agencies, LGUs, landowners, and external consultants.
• Experience with solar, wind, or energy-related projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate land parcels for renewable energy projects based on requirements and development potential.
• Engage landowners and negotiate land lease agreements, options to lease, rights-of-way, and related access arrangements.
• Conduct land due diligence including ownership verification, titles, and tax declarations.
• Prepare and manage land acquisition documentation and contracts with Legal coordination.
• Coordinate with government agencies and LGUs for land acquisition requirements and documentation.
• Support project development teams with land-related inputs and progress reporting.
• Provide regular land acquisition progress updates and risk assessments.
