Job summary

ServiceRocket is seeking a Workforce & Financial Data Analyst to connect workforce data with executive decision-making. You will build reporting models, benchmark compensation, analyze P&L variances, and create dashboards.

This is a remote-friendly role with cross-functional collaboration across People Operations and Finance. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in data analysis, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, SQL experience, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in data analysis, workforce planning, FP&A, or compensation analytics.
• High proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel, advanced formulas, QUERY, pivot tables.
• SQL knowledge to query and manipulate large datasets.
• Experience with market benchmarking and internal pay equity analysis.
• Ability to translate data into executive-ready visuals and briefings.
• Professional English communication (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain complex data models for workforce metrics.
• Perform internal market compensation benchmarking and adjust rewards as needed.
• Analyze P&L budget vs. expense variances across units for leadership.
• Create dashboards and reports to provide visibility on capacity and trends.
• Translate data into clear, executive-ready presentations.
