Job summary

Magic is seeking a hands-on WordPress developer to build and maintain the client's web presence for a Minnesota-based mission-driven organization. You will create new sites on WordPress, implement e‑commerce with WooCommerce, and develop internal pages to support staff and operations.

The role includes keeping sites updated on SiteGround, troubleshooting issues, integrating HubSpot workflows, and collaborating with Google Workspace tools.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on WordPress development experience.
• Experience with WooCommerce or other WordPress-based e-commerce setups.
• Familiarity managing sites hosted on SiteGround or comparable platforms.
• Working knowledge of HubSpot (forms, integrations, or workflows).
• Strong written and verbal English communication for collaboration with US-based client.

Responsibilities

• Build WordPress websites from concept through launch.
• Set up and configure WooCommerce for client-facing sites.
• Develop internal tools/pages to support staff and operations.
• Perform regular updates to WordPress plugins, themes and core.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve site downtime or performance problems.
• Manage hosting tasks within SiteGround.
