Job summary

Magic, Inc in the Philippines is seeking a freelance Web Developer to build and maintain WordPress sites, configure WooCommerce, and develop internal tools for a US-based client. The role involves creating public-facing ecommerce and internal pages while keeping sites current and secure.

The position requires updates, troubleshooting, SiteGround hosting management, HubSpot integrations, and collaboration with Google Workspace. Remote work with fixed hours and hourly pay of $7 is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience building and maintaining WordPress websites.
• Experience with WooCommerce or other WordPress-based e-commerce setups.
• Familiarity managing sites hosted on SiteGround or comparable hosting platforms.
• Working knowledge of HubSpot forms, integrations, or workflows.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills for daily collaboration with a US-based client.

Responsibilities

• Build new websites on WordPress from concept through launch.
• Set up and configure e-commerce functionality (WooCommerce) for client sites.
• Develop internal tools and web pages to support staff and workflows.
• Perform regular WordPress updates and troubleshoot site issues.
• Maintain SiteGround hosting tasks and HubSpot integrations.
• Provide light design support using brand assets and Canva-generated content.
