Job summary

Activate Talent, LLC is seeking a data-driven professional to own wholesale analytics. You will build dashboards, analyze POS data, and forecast inventory for key wholesale accounts in a fast-growing environment.

You will collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, Finance, and Supply Chain to translate data into actionable recommendations and support retailer onboarding with baseline reporting and forecasting frameworks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of wholesale analytics or retail data analysis experience.
• Hands-on use of SPS Commerce Analytics or similar EDI/retail data platforms.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and experience with BI tools for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain account-level sell-through dashboards for wholesale partners.
• Leverage retail data and EDI platforms to surface actionable insights.
• Analyze POS and sell-through trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Monitor weeks of supply, in-stock rates, and inventory health.
• Provide timely, accurate reporting across wholesale accounts.
• Develop bottoms-up forecasting with POS data and seasonal trends.
• Offer weekly inventory and replenishment recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, Finance, and Supply Chain.
