Job summary

1840 & Company is seeking a detail-oriented Workforce Management Analyst to optimize staffing and service delivery for our Philippines operations. You will forecast, schedule, monitor real-time performance, and report on workforce efficiency while ensuring accurate timecard processing in Oracle and I3.

The role requires 2+ years in WFM, strong Excel skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable improvements; immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Workforce Management in a BPO or call center.
• Forecasting, scheduling, real-time monitoring and reporting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to interpret operational data and translate findings into actions.
• Excellent communication and coordination with operations and support teams.
• Available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and schedule contact center resources to meet SL targets.
• Maintain forecasts and schedules and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Monitor real-time operations and performance reporting.
• Manage headcount and call capacity calculations.
• Maintain scheduling software.
• Review timecards in Oracle and I3 for accuracy.
• Resolve payroll-related timing and overtime coding issues.
• Approve timecards at end of pay period.
• Suggest process improvements to boost efficiency.
