BairesDev is hiring a Software Engineer (WebRTC) to design and implement high-performance real-time communication solutions. You will focus on low-latency audio/video delivery and seamless peer-to-peer experiences for users worldwide.

You will work on signaling, NAT traversal, and media server architectures, with an emphasis on security and scalability. Strong WebRTC expertise and English proficiency are required, with 4+ years in the field. This is a remote role with global impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering focused on real-time communication.
• Proven expertise developing real-time audio/video apps using WebRTC.
• Deep understanding of SRTP, TURN and STUN networking protocols.
• Hands-on experience with peer-to-peer connections and NAT traversal.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement real-time communication features with WebRTC.
• Develop and optimize signaling for peer-to-peer connections.
• Configure NAT traversal (STUN/TURN) for connectivity across networks.
• Build and maintain scalable media server architectures for multi-party sessions.
• Ensure security and data integrity using SRTP and secure protocols.
