Job summary

SMA Support Services, a dynamic BPO connecting talent with U.S. clients in construction and roofing, seeks a Voice AI automation specialist. You will design and maintain Voice AI workflows within GoHighLevel and external platforms, building AI agents for qualification, booking, and support.

You’ll configure integrations and monitor metrics to drive continuous improvement. We offer paid training, work‑from‑home setup, and a 50,000 PHP gross monthly salary.

Qualifications

• 2+ years with GoHighLevel or CRM automation.
• Experience configuring GoHighLevel workflows, triggers, calendars, and CRM automations.
• Experience building Voice AI and automated phone systems.
• Strong prompt engineering and conversational flow design.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third‑party integrations.
• Familiarity with Zapier/Make/n8n and related tools.
• Knowledge of Twilio/LeadConnector/SIP‑VOIP is preferred.
• Experience integrating AI services (OpenAI etc.).
• Ability to analyze transcripts and improve AI responses.
• Strong documentation and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives.
• Basic JavaScript/TypeScript knowledge for custom integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Voice AI in GoHighLevel and related platforms.
• Develop AI agents for lead qualification, appointments, inquiries, and routing.
• Create prompts and flows with escalation paths for natural interactions.
• Configure GHL workflows, automations, pipelines, calendars, and CRM integrations.
• Integrate GHL with external services via APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, n8n.
• Manage telephony configurations, numbers, routing, and Twilio/LeadConnector services.
• Build workflows updating CRM based on call outcomes and status changes.
• Integrate Voice AI with internal/external systems for data transfer.
• Develop reporting for Voice AI metrics and monitor performance.
• Review transcripts to improve AI latency and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot voice AI, workflows, APIs, and telephony issues.
• Document configurations, prompts, and troubleshooting steps.
