Job summary

ConnectUs Marketing Solutions is hiring a GENERAL VIRTUAL ASSISTANT with social media content creation, offering permanent work-from-home opportunities. The role covers digital marketing, project coordination, and admin support for US and Canadian clients.

You will develop brand identity, manage social media calendars, run email campaigns, and support website updates. Strong English, organization, and ability to learn AI tools are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, project coordination, or marketing campaign management.
• Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or in the BPO industry is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Develop clients’ brand identity, messaging, and content strategy.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content across multiple platforms.
• Manage social media content calendars and ensure timely content delivery.
• Plan and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns, including content creation and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Prepare progress reports and status updates based on client requirements.
• Document workflows and SOPs for internal use.
