Key Media seeks a highly organized Video Production Coordinator to own the day-to-day video pipeline—from booking VIP guests to publishing and promotion. You will manage video workflows, coordinate editors and freelancers, and maintain a clean archive with consistent naming and tagging.

You will craft AI-assisted titles and descriptions while ensuring accuracy of guest names and job titles. You will oversee YouTube hosting, performance tracking, and client reporting, delivering clear insights

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience in client and team administration and coordination.
• Comfortable pulling data from analytics platforms (e.g. YouTube Studio) and turning it into clear, client-ready reports using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets or presentation software.
• Hands-on experience using AI writing tools in a professional content setting.
• Excellent written English and meticulous attention to detail.
• Confident, calm and diplomatic, able to guide senior people through technical setup and handle last-minute changes with ease.
• Able to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders without close supervision.
• Discreet with confidential and embargoed information.
• Video editing basic knowledge, YouTube SEO knowledge, experience coordinating, or a background in B2B media or publishing is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Upload, allocate and track videos through editing, review and publication.
• Brief and coordinate editors, freelancers and junior team members.
• Maintain an organised video archive with consistent naming conventions, tagging and version control.
• Identify and implement improvements to production workflows and tools.
• Use AI tools to draft titles, subheaders, descriptions and promotional copy.
• Ensure accuracy of published text, including guest names and job titles.
• Shape best practices for AI tool usage within the team.
• Manage YouTube channel publishing: titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, chapters, playlists and captions.
• Write promotional copy for YouTube, social media and newsletters.
• Track performance and produce reports with recommendations to improve reach.
• Proof drafts for spelling, graphics, audio issues and branding.
• Coordinate feedback rounds with stakeholders and guests.
• Prepare post-campaign performance reports covering views, watch time, retention and engagement.
• Present results clearly with highlights and recommendations.
• Share reports with clients on schedule and handle follow-up questions.
• Keep report templates consistent and on-brand and improve them over time
