Job summary

Careerflow.ai is seeking creators who enjoy educating people on camera, not just promoting products. You will produce engaging short-form videos for major platforms and co-create longer YouTube content with our team to demonstrate Careerflow's AI tools.

Based in Southeast Asia, you will work remotely with a flexible schedule, delivering content that educates on careers, job search, and productivity while building trust and showcasing product value.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable on camera and deliver engaging educational content.
• Experience creating UGC or educational/social content is preferred.
• Strong understanding of video recording aesthetics and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
• Co-create long-form YouTube videos (8–15 minutes) with the content team.
• Record product walkthroughs and feature demonstrations for Careerflow's AI tools.
• Present educational content around careers, job search, AI, and productivity to build trust and show product value.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on scripts, ideas, and content planning.
• Stay on top of social media trends and propose fresh content formats.
