Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Videographer / Content Producer to lead the creative development and production of engaging video and multimedia content across multiple digital platforms, ensuring a consistent brand identity.

The role requires hands-on shooting, editing, and concept-to-delivery execution, with an emphasis on quality, brand alignment, and collaboration with internal teams. You will work remotely from Metro Manila and contribute to captivating external and internal communications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in videography, photography, and video editing.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects, on Windows.
• Hands-on experience with DSLR and professional video camera systems (e.g., Canon, Nikon, Sony), lighting equipment, and editing software.
• Demonstrated ability to script, shoot, and edit video content from concept through final delivery while following brand guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce high-quality video content for websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Create internal communication and training videos to support business operations.
• Build, organize, and manage a comprehensive digital content library for both external marketing and internal training.
• Maintain and implement the company's visual style guide across all video content to ensure brand consistency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and adhering to brand and corporate standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and communicate professionally with various stakeholders.
• Ensure all digital assets, documentation, and archived files are organized and maintained according to company standards.
