GrowthPair is seeking a Marketing Video Editor to transform raw footage into engaging, short-form video content for social platforms like Reels, TikTok, and Shorts, with occasional long-form edits for campaigns.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of editing experience, strong proficiency in Premiere Pro/Final Cut/After Effects, and a keen eye for color grading, audio, and motion graphics. This remote role offers USD compensation, stipends, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and After Effects.
• Experience creating short-form content for Reels, TikTok and Shorts.
• Color grading and color correction expertise.
• Excellent attention to detail and visual quality.
• Knowledge of video design best practices and trends.
• Basic audio editing: mixing, music selection, noise reduction.
• Able to incorporate feedback and manage multiple revisions.
• Willing to work during US PT/ET hours.
• Remote role with USD pay and stipends.

Responsibilities

• Transform raw footage into engaging and visually appealing content.
• Produce short-form videos for Reels, TikTok and Shorts.
• Add graphics, transitions and effects to increase engagement.
• Brainstorm and execute new content ideas with the team.
