MicroSourcing is seeking a Video Editor and Social Media Coordinator for a 100% remote role based in the Philippines, aligned with an Australian schedule (roughly 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM). You will craft short-form content for Reels from provided footage, manage posts across platforms, and write engaging captions.

You will maintain daily outputs to meet KPIs, adapt quickly to feedback, and grow with the brand as it expands its digital footprint.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in video editing software.
• Experience managing various social media platforms.
• Ability to take feedback and implement changes quickly.
• Willingness to work an Australian schedule.

Responsibilities

• Create short-form content for Reels using video footage provided by Dr. Zach.
• Upload content across multiple social media platforms.
• Draft engaging captions for all social media posts.
• Maintain daily output requirements and meet KPIs.
